RESOLUTION NO. 2017-833
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2017 TREE REMOVAL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forester of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2017 Tree Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, said City Forester did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2017 Tree Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on October 9, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2017
Tree Removal Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October 2017.
