RESOLUTION NO. 2017-837
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
SERVICES FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1100 GRANT
AVENUE AND 216-220 COMMERCIAL STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-836, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
the Asbestos abatement services for properties located at 1100 Grant Avenue and 216-220
Commercial Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 91h day of October 2017.
