RESOLUTION NO. 2017-839
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR 222
WALNUT STREET AND 216-220 COMMERCIAL STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forester of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with Demolition services for 222 Walnut Street and 216-220 Commercial Street, and
WHEREAS, said City Forester did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with Demolition services for 222 Walnut Street and 216-220 Commercial Street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on October 9, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction Demolition
services for 222 Walnut Street and 216-220 Commercial Street, are hereby approved.
