RESOLUTION NO. 2017-840
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR 222
WALNUT STREET AND 216-220 COMMERCIAL STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-839, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
Demolition services for 222 Walnut Street and 216-220 Commercial Street, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9`"day of October 2017.
