RESOLUTION NO. 2017-842
RESOLUTION APPROVING FISCAL SPONSORSHIP
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY
FOUNDATION, KINGSLEY NEIGHBORHOOD
ASSOCIATION, AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR
PROSPECT BOULEVARD TREE PLANTING PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement dated October 9, 2017 with Waterloo Community
Foundation, Kingsley Neighborhood Association, and the City of Waterloo, for the Prospect
Boulevard Tree Planting Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9t" day of October 2017.
