RESOLUTION NO. 2017-843
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY PLUMB TECH OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $19,556.00, AND APPROVING PAYMENT
OF PAY ESTIMATE NO. 2 (FINAL PROJECT RETAINAGE) IN
THE AMOUNT OF $977.80,IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2017 REPLACEMENT OF ROOF MOUNTED AIR
CONDITIONING UNITS PROJECT FOR THE GENERAL
AVIATION TERMINAL BUILDING AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, Plumb Tech of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the FY
2017 Replacement of Roof Mounted Air Conditioning Units Project for the General Aviation
Terminal Building at the Waterloo Regional Airport, and
WHEREAS, Plumb Tech has completed the aforementioned project in accordance with
the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$19,556.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion, recommendation of acceptance of
work performed by Plumb Tech, and release of retainage in the amount of $977.80, in
conjunction with FY 2017 Replacement of Roof Mounted Air Conditioning Units Project for the
General Aviation Terminal Building at the Waterloo Regional Airport, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9t" day of October 2017.
