RESOLUTION NO. 2017-845
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
WATERLOO COMMUNITY FOUNDATION TO ESTABLISH A
WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE MEMORIAL FUND, AND
AUTHORIZE FIRE CHIEF TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 9, 2017, between the Waterloo Community Foundation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to establish a Waterloo Fire Rescue Memorial Fund, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 91h day of October 2017.
