RESOLUTION NO. 2017-849
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BREAD TO BEER,
LLC AND CITY OF WATERLOO TO ADD ADDITIONAL
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROJECT FOR PAYMENT, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to the Development Agreement dated September 8, 2015 and filed
September 30, 2015 as Doc. No. 2016-6142, as amended by an amendment dated January 11,
2016, between Bread to Beer, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, providing for the
development of certain properties, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9`"day of October 2017.
