RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT OF
THE FORMER AMERICAN LEGION BUILDING AT 619
FRANKLIN STREET AS JUNE 29, 2015, AT 5 : 30
P.M. , IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF
BIDS ON JUNE 25, 2015, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 29th day of June, 2015, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the Asbestos Abatement of the former American
Legion building at 619 Franklin Street, in the City of Waterloo,
with the taking of bids at 1 : 00 p.m. on June 25, 2015 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 2015 .
