RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO APPROVE
PIGGYBACK FROM THE MINNESOTA STATE BID FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2015 ELGIN PELICAN STREET
SWEEPER IN THE AMOUNT OF $187, 103 . 50 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the purchase order dated June 15, 2015, to allow for the
exception of the of purchasing procedures to approve piggyback
from the Minnesota State Bid and approve the purchase of one (1)
2015 Elgin Pelican Street Sweeper in the amount of $187, 103 . 50,
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2015 .
