RESOLUTION NO. 2015-466
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH MIKE DOLAN CONCRETE
& MASONRY, INC. , OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $67, 494 . 55 FOR THE F.Y. 2016 CUNNINGHAM SCHOOL
SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL, CONTRACT NO. 851 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That contracts, bonds, and certificate of insurance from
Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $67, 494 . 55 for the FY 2016 Cunningham School Safe
Routes To School, Contract No. 851, described in the plans and
specifications, are heretofore adopted by this council for said
project, be and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute and
accept said contracts, bonds, and certificate of insurance from
the contractor for the construction of said improvements, said
contract not to be binding on the City until approved by this
council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2015 .
