RESOLUTION NO. 2015-468
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FROM FAILOR HURLEY
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $29, 573 . 54 FOR THE REMOVAL AND
REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS AND TO PERFORM TUCK
POINTING ON THE EXTERIOR MASONRY OF THE GENERAL
AVIATION TERMINAL BUILDING AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid of Failor Hurley Construction Company, of Waterloo,
Iowa for the removal and replacement of windows and to perform
tuck pointing on the exterior masonry of the general aviation
terminal building at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the amount
of $29, 573 . 54, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest and complete bid received for said supplies .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June 2015 .
