RESOLUTION NO. 2015-469
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH
WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO EXTEND
TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP, NETWORK SERVICES AND
SUPPLEMENTAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE
CITY AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum Agreement dated June 15, 2015, between the
Waterloo Community School District, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the extension of technology leadership, network
services and supplemental technology support services to the City
of Waterloo, for an annual sum of $186, 000, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
