RESOLUTION NO. 2017-853
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RECYCLING PROCESSING
FACILITY TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF WATERLOO'S
CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with the recycling processing facility to support the City of Waterloo's
curbside recycling program, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the recycling processing facility to support the City of
Waterloo's curbside recycling program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 16, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the recycling
processing facility to support the City of Waterloo's curbside recycling program are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2017.
