RESOLUTION NO. 2017-854
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RECYCLING PROCESSING
FACILITY TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF WATERLOO'S
CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2017-853, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
recycling processing facility to support the City of Waterloo's curbside recycling program, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2017.
