RESOLUTION NO. 2017-860
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
SERVICES FOR 222 WALNUT STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forester of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the asbestos abatement services for 222 Walnut Street, and
WHEREAS, said City Forester did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the asbestos abatement services for 222 Walnut Street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 16, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the a
asbestos abatement services for 222 Walnut Street, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16`x' day of October 2017.
