RESOLUTION NO. 2017-866
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$33,000 FOR WWTP FINAL CLARIFIER DEWATERING
WELL EVALUATION AND DESIGN SERVICES, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 16, 2017, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $33,000, in
conjunction with the WWTP Final Clarifier Dewatering well evaluation and design services, is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2017.
