RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT TO THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR FY
2018 SINK CREEK CHANNEL CLEANOUT AND SHAPING,
CONTRACT NO. 924, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Intent for NPDES coverage under general permit to the Iowa Department of
Natural Resources for the FY 2018 Sink Creek Channel Cleanout and Shaping, Contract
No. 924, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2017.
