RESOLUTION NO. 2017-171
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT,
INCLUDING STORM WATER AND VEHICULAR USE AREA
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TWELVE (12) MONTHS OF
AGREEMENT DATE, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,that a
Development Agreement dated March 6, 2017, between Noe Sibrian and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to vacate approximately 0.23 acres of Dubuque Road right-of-way adjacent to 2006
Dubuque Road, including storm water and vehicular use area improvements within twelve (12)
months of agreement date, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6t'day of March 2017.
