RESOLUTION NO. 2017-304
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated April 24, 2017, between Tim Moyer and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale and rehab of a residential lot located at 1330 Scott Avenue,
Waterloo, Iowa , is hereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem and Deputy City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April 2017.
