RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND CHECK FOR
$300 . 00 FROM ALI ' S CORNER #2, 200 BROADWAY,
WATERLOO, IOWA 50703 FOR SALE OF TOBACCO TO MINOR
VIOLATION, FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Settle Agreement dated June 22, 2015, for the sale of
tobacco to a minor violation, first offense, between Ali' s Corner
#2, 200 Broadway, Waterloo, Iowa 50703 and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 2015 .
