Mr. Lind questioned if a new citizen to Waterloo should receive the position on the board.
Mayor Clark explained that there are no other applicants for that position.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Jones, seconded by Schmitt that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:13 p.m. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
