RESOLUTION NO. 2017-858
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECT ADDENDUM TO
AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL HOUSING
CONSTRUCTION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Project Addendum to the Agreement for Residential Housing Construction, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and Ci Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on

behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2017.
