RESOLUTION NO. 2017-880
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING A
DATE OF BID OPENING AS NOVEMBER 9, 2017, AND THE
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS NOVEMBER 13 2017 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE HANGAR NO. 4
REHABILITATION PROJECT, AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, VIA IDOT PROJECT NO. 9-I-180-ALO-
200, AND IDOT CONTRACT NO. 19559, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the Hangar No. 4 Rehabilitation Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via IDOT Project
No. 9-I-180-ALO-200, and IDOT Contract No. 19559,be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Hangar No. 4 Rehabilitation
Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via IDOT Project No. 9-I-180-ALO-200, and IDOT
Contract No. 19559,be scheduled for November 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th day of November
2017, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the Hangar No. 4 Rehabilitation Project, at
the Waterloo Regional Airport, via IDOT Project No. 9-I-180-ALO-200, and IDOT Contract No.
19559.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
