RESOLUTION NO. 2017-892
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE MOTOR GRADER RENTALS TO
SUPPORT SNOW OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with the Motor grader rentals to support snow operations, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Motor grader rentals to support snow operations, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on October 23, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Motor
grader rentals to support snow operations, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of October 2017.
