RESOLUTION NO. 2017-893
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE MOTOR GRADER RENTALS TO
SUPPORT SNOW OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2017-892, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the motor grader rentals to support snow operations in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said rentals proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of October 2017.
