RESOLUTION NO. 2017-898
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH RJN GROUP OF DES MOINES, IOWA IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $39,500.00, FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR A COLLECTION SYSTEM
DATA ANALYSIS, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 23, 2017, between RJN Group of Des
Moines, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $39,500, for
engineering services in conjunction with a collection system data analysis, is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of October 2017.
