RESOLUTION NO. 2017-924
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT FOR
SUBDIVISION PLATTING WITH ROGER T. KALSEM,
JEFFREY L. SWARTZENDRUBER AND PATRICIA
SWARTZENDRUBER, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Subdivision Platting dated November 6, 2017, authorizing approval of a
plat of survey, granting a variance to the subdivision platting requirements, and providing for the
future submittal of a preliminary and final plat of the area, by and between Roger T. Kalsem,
Jeffrey L. Swartzendruber and Patricia Swartzendruber and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2017.
