RESOLUTION NO. 2017-925
RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 11-3-2 PRELIMINARY PLATS AND SECTION 11-3-
3 FINAL PLATS, RELATING TO APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF
SURVEY OF PARCEL E LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE
PROPOSED EXTENSION OF BAY BERRY DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-3-2, Preliminary
Plats, and Section 11-3-3, Final Plats, as it relates to approval of a Plat of Survey of Parcel E,
located adjacent to the proposed extension of Bay Berry Drive, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2017.
