RESOLUTION NO. 2017-926
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY JEFFREY L.
SWARTZENDRUBER AND PATRICIA SWARTZENDRUBER TO
APPROVE A PLAT OF SURVEY OF PARCEL E LOCATED
ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF BAY BERRY
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, on this 6th day of November 2017, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the plat of survey of Parcel E located adjacent to the proposed
extension of Bay Berry Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa was presented for
approval, and
WHEREAS, plat of survey has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the plat of survey of`Parcel E located adjacent to the proposed
extension of Bay Berry Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2017.
