City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,at
her office in the City Hall of the said City
on the 9th day of November,2017,until
1:00 p.m. for the construction of the
HANGAR NO.4 REHABILITATION,IDOT
Project No.91180AL0200,IDOT Contract
No. 19599.as described in detail in the
plans and specifications now on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference,Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
9th day of November,2017,at 1:00 p.m.,
and the proposals will be acted upon at 1/// D ///►�
such later time and place as may then be
fixed by the City Council
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given,that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearingg on
the proposed plans, specifications, form Signed
of contract,and estimate of cost for the
construction of the above-described im'
provement project at 5:30 p.m. on the
13th day of November,2017,said hearing,
to be held in the Harold E.Getty Council
Chambers in City Hall in said City. The Subscribed and sworn to before me this
proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimate of cost for said
improvements heretofore prepared by
AECOM are now on file in the office of tlia
City Clerk for public examination,and any Lay ofO(VA& A.D., 20

SCOPE OF WORK L
The project consists of replacing the Notary Public
windows in the Maintenance Shop areas
of the building.The project also involves
the replacement of the existing high bay
interior florescent tube type lights with a Received of
new LED lighting system.

Chapter 26 of the City Code of Iowa and
upon order to the City Council of said
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 23rd day of
