Black Hawk County, SS Notice was published in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls
Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 9th
day of November, 2017 in the name of said
newspaper, and that the annexed rate of advertised is
the regular legal rate of said newspaper, and that the
following is a correct bill for publishing said notice.

CODE BY RESCINDING SECTION 543- Printer's Bill $14.04
THRU STREETS - AND DELETING IN
ITS ENTIRETY SUBSECTION ((6)ANS-
BOROUGH AVENUE AND INSERTING A
NEW SUBSECTION(6)ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO,IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Subsection (6) Ansbor-
ough Avenue is hereby deleted in its
entirety, and a new subsection (6)
Ansborough Avenue is inserted in lieu
thereof to Section 543 Thru Streets,of the
2008 Traffic Code, as follows: (6)
Ansborough Ave. South corporate.limits
to Rainbow Drive,except for All-Way Stop
Intersection at Shaulis Road;except For
signals at San Marnan Drive, Ridgeway
Avenue,West Fourth Street,Martin Road,
Sergeant Road; Home Park Boulevard,
Black Hawk Road, Downing Avenue,
University Avenue, Falls Avenue, Strat-
ford Avenue,, Maynard Avenue, and
Highway 218 ramps(Ord.#3241,9/7/82;
Ord.#4201,10/21/96;2000 Rev.) Signed
