Dear Mr. Gingerich:
Upon review of the bids received in conjunction with the FY 18 Police Vehicle/Evidence
Facility Project it was determined the bids are above the estimated project funds, therefore,
it has been determined all bids will be rejected at the January 2, 2018 City Council meeting.
As such, I am returning your cashier's in the amount of $20,000, submitted with your bid as
bond security.
The department will be revising the plans and specifications for this project and anticipate
re -letting the project in January. We hope you will consider bidding on this project at that
time.
