RESOLUTION NO. 2017-947
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS DECEMBER 7, 2017 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS DECEMBER 11, 2017, FOR THE FY
2018 MARK'S PARK RESURFACING PROJECT, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction with
the FY 2018 Mark's Park Resurfacing Project, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2018 Mark's Park
Resurfacing Project, be scheduled for December 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 11th day of December
2017, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the FY 2018 Mark's Park Resurfacing
Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 201h day of November 2017.
