RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH SDC REAL ESTATE, LLC, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA
the Development Agreement dated November 20 2017
p g , between SDC Real Estate, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of property located north of 3040 Leversee Road is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November 2017.
