RESOLUTION NO. 2017-953
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH VILLAGE CREEK RENTALS, LLC, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the Development Agreement dated November 20, 2017, between Village Creek Rentals, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of property located along Chalmers Drive
and the Northeast corner of Ansborough Avenue and Upton Avenue, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 201h day of November 2017.
