RESOLUTION NO. 2017-954
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FLOW EQUALIZATION
FACILITY OVERFLOW CONNECT TO SATELLITE WPFC,
CITY CONTRACT NO. 880.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Waste Management Services to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Flow Equalization Facility Overflow Connect to Satellite
WPFC, City Contract No. 880, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Waste Management Services did file said specifications,
form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Flow Equalization Facility Overflow Connect to
Satellite WPFC, City Contract No. 880, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 20, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Flow
Equalization Facility Overflow Connect to Satellite WPFC, City Contract No. 880 are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 201h day of November 2017.
