RESOLUTION NO. 2017-955
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FLOW EQUALIZATION
FACILITY OVERFLOW CONNECT TO SATELLITE WPFC,
CITY CONTRACT NO. 880.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-954, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
the Flow Equalization Facility Overflow Connect to Satellite WPFC, City Contract No. 880, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public
hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November 2017.
