RESOLUTION NO. 2017-911
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH REBEL SAFFOLD JR. AND RHONDA S.
SAFFOLD FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED 408 AND 414
FOWLER STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated November 6, 2017, between Rebel Saffold Jr. and Rhonda
S. Saffold and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of property located at 408 and
414 Fowler Street, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2017.
