RESOLUTION NO. 2017-913
RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AND SALE
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE OVERLAND GROUP, LLC AND
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF IDAHO STREET AND MARTIN
LUTHER KING, JR. DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Purchase and Sale Contract dated November 6, 2017, between The Overland Group, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the purchase, sale and development of property at the
northeast corner of Idaho Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2017.
