RESOLUTION NO. 2017-914
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 LEVEE TREE
CLEARING CEDAR RIVER, CONTRACT NO. 938.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the FY 2018 Levee Tree Clearing Cedar River, Contract No. 938, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Levee Tree Clearing Cedar River, Contract No. 938, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on November 6, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2018
Levee Tree Clearing Cedar River, Contract No. 938, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6�" day of November 2017.
