RESOLUTION NO. 2017-915
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 LEVEE TREE
CLEARING CEDAR RIVER, CONTRACT NO. 938.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2017-914, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
FY 2018 Levee Tree Clearing Cedar River, Contract No. 938, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of November 2017.
