RESOLUTION NO. 2017-916
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR DESIGN SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE
COMPLETION OF THE CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION
AMENDMENT FOR THE FY-2018 FAA FUNDED PROJECT
AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$31,700, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 6, 2017, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$31,700, in conjunction with the
completion of the Categorical Exclusion Amendment for the FY-2018 FAA funded project at
Waterloo Regional Airport, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 2017.
