RESOLUTION NO. 2017-923 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GREAT PLAINS SURVEY, INC. FOR LAND SURVEYING SERVICES WITHIN THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL AREA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $34,101, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO., IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 6, 2017, between Great Plains Survey, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $34,101, in conjunction with land surveying services within the Northeast Industrial area, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
