RESOLUTION NO. 2017-923
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH GREAT PLAINS SURVEY, INC. FOR
LAND SURVEYING SERVICES WITHIN THE NORTHEAST
INDUSTRIAL AREA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$34,101, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO., IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 6, 2017, between Great Plains Survey,
Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $34,101, in conjunction with land
surveying services within the Northeast Industrial area, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

That Subsection (36) Shaulis Road and Ansborough Avenue is hereby added to Section
544, All-Way Stop Intersections, of the 2008 Traffic Code, as follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY, LOCATED WEST OF 2010 W. RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No.
5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally
described as follows:
