RESOLUTION NO. 2017-935
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE HANGAR NO. 4
REHABILITATION PROJECT, AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, VIA IDOT PROJECT NO. 9-1-180-ALO-
200, AND IDOT CONTRACT NO. 19559.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Hangar No. 4 Rehabilitation Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via
IDOT Project No. 9-I-180-ALO-200, and IDOT Contract No. 19559, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Hangar No. 4 Rehabilitation Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via
IDOT Project No. 9-1-180-ALO-200,and IDOT Contract No. 19559, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on November 13, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Hangar No.
4 Rehabilitation Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via IDOT Project No. 9-I-180-ALO-
200, and IDOT Contract No. 19559, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November 2017.
