RESOLUTION NO. 2017-936
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE HANGAR NO. 4
REHABILITATION PROJECT, AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, VIA IDOT PROJECT NO. 9-I-180-ALO-
200, AND IDOT CONTRACT NO. 19559.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2017-935, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the Hangar
No. 4 Rehabilitation Project, at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via IDOT Project No. 9-I-180-
ALO-200, and IDOT Contract No. 19559, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,have been approved and
adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
