RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1, WITH AMENT
DESIGN OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $6,715, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT
NO. 942, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated November 13, 2017,
between Ament Design and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $6,715, in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Ansborough Avenue Improvements, Contract No. 942, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
