RESOLUTION NO. 2017-942
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BCS PROPERTIES,
LLC AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO, TO ADD ADDITIONAL
LAND INTO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AREA, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Development Agreement dated November 13, 2017, between BCS
Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to add additional land into the Development
Agreement area, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November 2017.
