RESOLUTION NO. 2017-943
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $364,200, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UNITED STATES
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY COMMUNITY-
WIDE BROWNFIELDS HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES
ASSESSMENT GRANT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 13, 2017, between HR Green, Inc. of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$364,200, in conjunction
with implementation of the United States Environmental Protection Agency Community-wide
Brownfields Hazardous Substances Assessment Grant, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
