ORDINANCE NO. 5424
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY, LOCATED WEST OF 2010 W. RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No.
5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally
described as follows:

STATE OF IOWA.
now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, approximately 8.25 acres generally
located west of 2010 W. Ridgeway Avenue, as"M-2,P"Planned Industrial District be and the same
is hereby rezoned as `B-P" Business Park District, for constructing a 6,400 square foot daycare
facility, sixteen (16) stall parking lot, 5,000 square foot community center/gym, 7,000 square foot
Islamic Center/School and a utility garage.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
